How do you ensure the freshness of the beer during shipping?

All our beers are stored in a temperature-controlled cold store at the brewery and shipped using a next-day courier service to ensure you receive the freshest possible product.

Where do you deliver and what are the costs?

We currently ship to most UK mainland addresses. Shipping is free for orders over £50, otherwise a flat rate of £6.50 applies for standard delivery.

Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?

Yes, once your order leaves the brewery, you will receive an email and SMS notification from our courier partner with a tracking link and an estimated delivery window.

What should I do if my cans arrive damaged?

While we use reinforced packaging, accidents can happen. Please contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Do you offer a Click & Collect service from the brewery?

Yes, you can select 'Local Pickup' at checkout. Orders are usually ready for collection from our Cheltenham Taproom within 24 hours during our standard opening hours.

Are your beers vegan-friendly?

The vast majority of our beers are vegan-friendly as we do not use isinglass finings. Any exceptions, such as milk stouts containing lactose, will be clearly marked in the product description.
